September Sneaker Release Calendar

Another month of Nike Dominated releases. (Surprise Surprise)

As we're heading into September, we're still seeing a Sneaker release schedule that seems to be dominated by Nike. However, Adidas, as well as the Yeezy brand, doesn't seem to be letting easily, as they're dropping a of very hyped releases, that include the restock of the QNTMs, the 380s,the usual 350s AND the Yeezy slides, something that has been getting a lot of attention since its first release a while back. Meanwhile, Nike is keeping up with their trend of releasing AT least one Dunk silhouette a month. Apart from all the hot Dunks coming, we're especially excited for the new ISPA models, the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Airforce 1 restocks as well as the 2 upcoming Dunk Highs with classic colourways.

September 1 — Nike ISPA Drifter Split Grey Fog

Revealed back in early July, the next release for the Nike ISPA's will feature the Drifter Splits. Linking designs back to the 1996 Air Rift silhouette, these hybrid sneakers are also inspired by traditional Japanese tabi boots, as highlighted by the split toe. An external webbing detail creates a stable lockdown fit that can be adjusted by the unique cinching fastening system. 2 colours are set to release on this day; he Grey fog and black colourways.

September 4 — Air Jordan 1 High OG Bio Hack

Next in line of the Jordan Pack Fall releases, the AJ1 High OG Bio Hack colourway reminds us a lot of the Undefeated x Nike Dunk Highs. Constructed from premium suede and leather, the darker hues on the upper are contrasted by the bright pink inner lining, mint green mid-sole, silver Nike Swoosh. Definitely one to look out for!

September 4 — Nike WMNS Dunk Low Disrupt

Game Royal & Photon Dust - The Nike WMNS Dunk Low Disrupt is the successor to the original Dunk Sky Hi and Sacai x Dunk Lux, both models of which have been released for 5-6 years now. The upcoming Dunk Lows Disrupt is a refreshed model and Nike's way of showing us how they're constantly revamping and reforging many old silhouettes.

Septermber 4 — Yeezy Slide 3 colourways

Kanye kicks September off with an insane amount of heat by not releasing one colourway of the Yeezy Slides but THREE! Instead of the usual BOOST material, the Yeezy slides utilize a sturdy EVA foam solution instead, ensuring that they won't fall apart soon. Stay cozy at home in style, which one is your favourite among the three? We're feeling the bones the hardest.

September 5 — Yeezy QNTM (Restock)

The second Yeezy drop of September will feature a nice restock of the limited Yeezy QNTMs that released earlier in 2020. Coming in as the first Yeezy basketball silhouette, the QNTMs feature generous 3M accents all over the shoe, a monochromatic upper and an entire BOOST mid-sole. If you unlucky with the previous release, now's your second chance to pick these up!

September 10 — Cactus Plant Flea Market Air Force 1 (Restock)

Teased earlier this week by the rapper, Nelly, it seems like we're about to get a restock of last year's super popular CPFM Air Force 1s. The original shoe dropped via Nike's "Nike by you ", or also known as the original Nike IDs that allows us to customers to choose the colours and materials for the ultimate Nike By You collaborative release. With big lettering that's identical to those seen in the Nike Air More Uptempo, sit tight for this epic re-stock.

September 10 — Nike Dunk Low SP Lemon Wash

Nike's direction towards a more wearable and sustainable future has been made apparent in their "Move to Zero" initiative that is highlighted by recycled materials used to make new shoes such as the Space Hippies pack. Since its literally becoming the year of the Dunks, we're not surprised to see Nike dropping a Dunk Low silhouette in the Lemon wash colourway. Using a recycled upper, with various patterns such as polka dots, bleached clothe and floral patterns, this Dunk Low is one to look out for!

September 10 — Nike ISPA Overreact Shadowberry

The next upcoming ISPA Overreact will feature a black and burgundy coloured Flyknit upper along with suede and synthetic overlays. Holding true to the sneaker's name, the Overreact is given its identity by its incredibly thick and chunky React Midsole that is similar to some of previously released react silhouettes. This pair is for the daring and adventurous.

September 12 — Air Jordan 5 Oregon Ducks

Paying tribute to the previously released player exclusive version that was given out to the university's basketball team in 2013, the public is now finally able to get their hands these bad boys. The sneaker features suede green uppers with black and yellow accents finished with a reflective tongue logo featuring the Jumpman logo.

September 12 — Air Jordan 1 High Zoom "Space Hippie"

Created from scraps or as Nike calls it, "Space Junk", these AJ1 Highs is Nike's next upcoming silhouette as part of Space Hippie collection. These sneakers are inspired by Life on Mars - where there is essentially a scarce amount of materials with no resupply mission. Featuring a semi-deconstructed dark grey colourway upper made from recycled canvas and a speckled mid-sole that is composed of Nike's space junk materials.

September 12 — Yeezy Boost 380 - Pepper

The Yeezy Boost 380 is next in line to join the glow in the dark silhouettes that will be released in both versions; a reflective and non-reflective colourway. Nothing new to this silhouette except its colourway, we're liking the earth / tan tones that spread across the primeknit upper that is contrasted by a dark mid-sole. Are your feeling this 'spicy' colourway?

September 18 — DENHAM x Nike Air Max 1

One of the more under-rated ultra limited releases, the DENHAM (that could be read as 'Denim' - coincidence much?) is rumored to be releasing in only a mere 6,800 pairs. The Amsterdam based Jeanmaker was found in 2008 by Jason Denham who was obsessed with creating premium quality denim. This special Airmax 1 release features a premium mixed of materials including an overpowering blue suede leather and denim combo along with contrasting specs of red, and finished with a gum out sole. Its not surprising to see that this pair will retail for 300 USD. Be on the lookout for this pair on on September the 18th.

September 19 — Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Asriel

Looking like a darker shade of the previously release Yeezy 350 V2 Zyon, we think that the Asriel's are a 'safe' colourway that you can't go wrong with. If you haven't noticed, the recent Yeezy 350 V2 drops have featured a new lacing system! Be sure to check them out!

September 23 — Nike Dunk High SP Pro Green

As a follow up to the original 2008 Pine Green Nike dunk highs, the Dunk High SP Pro Green is a new revamped edition that features a darker shade of green on the leather overlays. With the recent frequent drop of colourful Nike dunk silhouettes, we're enjoying the drop of a green colourway. What could go wrong with green?

September 26 — Nike Dunk High Michigan 2020

3 days after the Nike Dunk High Pro Greens, we're in for another dunk high release, this time in the Michigan colourway. As shown in the picture, the colouway is the classic Michigan colourway that is similar to Virgil Abloh's Off-White Dunk Michigan that dropped at the end of last year. If you're into the low colourway, then these dunk highs might just be for you.
